Beno is a Dubai-based luxury lifestyle platform offering premium experiences across luxury cars, yachts, private jets, helicopters, concierge services, watersports, and exclusive partnerships.
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our marketing operations in Egypt and are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to oversee our SEO function, lead our existing SEO team, and drive Beno's organic growth across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

Role Overview
This is a leadership role.
We are looking for an experienced SEO professional who has a proven track record of achieving top rankings for highly competitive keywords and building long-term organic growth strategies.
You will lead Beno's SEO team, define the SEO roadmap, monitor performance, and work closely with marketing, content, design, and development teams to maximize Beno's online visibility.

Primary Objective
Your mission is simple:
  • Rank Beno's most valuable keywords in the top positions on Google.
  • Continuously increase Beno's visibility across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and other emerging AI search engines.
  • Build Beno into one of the most authoritative luxury lifestyle brands in organic search.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the SEO Team
Manage and mentor Beno's existing SEO team by:
  • Setting priorities
  • Reviewing work quality
  • Assigning projects
  • Coaching team members
  • Improving workflows
  • Driving accountability
  • Ensuring deadlines are met
2. Develop SEO Strategy
Own Beno's complete SEO strategy across all business verticals, including:
  • Luxury Cars
  • Yachts
  • Private Jets
  • Helicopters
  • Concierge Services
  • Watersports
  • Luxury Experiences
Develop scalable strategies that generate sustainable organic growth.

3. Drive Organic Growth
Lead initiatives to:
  • Improve keyword rankings
  • Increase qualified organic traffic
  • Expand topical authority
  • Improve landing page performance
  • Grow search visibility across all target markets
4. GEO & AI Search Optimization
Develop strategies that improve Beno's visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
Responsibilities include:
  • Optimizing content for AI search engines
  • Building topical authority
  • Strengthening entity relationships
  • Supporting Knowledge Graph development
  • Improving semantic content architecture
  • Ensuring Beno becomes a trusted source for AI-generated answers
5. Technical SEO Leadership
Work closely with the development team to improve:
  • Website crawlability
  • Indexation
  • Core Web Vitals
  • Site architecture
  • Internal linking
  • Structured data
  • Technical SEO performance
  • Website health
6. Content & Landing Page Strategy
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and the marketing team to:
  • Build SEO-driven landing pages
  • Develop content strategies
  • Improve existing pages
  • Optimize conversion-focused content
  • Identify new content opportunities
7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor SEO performance using industry-leading tools and provide regular reports covering:
  • Keyword rankings
  • Organic traffic
  • Competitor performance

  • AI search visibility
  • Content performance
  • Growth opportunities
Provide actionable recommendations based on data and business objectives.
Requirements
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Proven experience ranking competitive keywords in Google's top positions.
  • Previous experience leading an SEO team.
  • Strong understanding of technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
  • Experience working with medium to large websites.
