We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and automation frameworks. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and API platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Perform manual and automated testing for functional, regression, performance, and integration scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through defect tracking systems.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
  • Implement test automation frameworks and enhance existing automation coverage.
  • Participate in sprint planning and provide input on quality-related risks and improvements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for reported defects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and maintain testing documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual and automation).
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of API testing and SQL/database validation.
  • Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, C#).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests within them.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
